After being awake for the last four days doing school applications, I finally got to go to bed last night. Boy was that nice.

We just got back from a week in Paradise...California. But now that we're in Utah again, my throat is so dry I feel like I can't breathe. I sometimes forget this is really a desert.

Happy Birthday today to my dad, Brent. He'll probably never see this post, but he will always be the greatest man in my life. I love you pops!

A lot of people think the government needs to build bridges and monuments. Don't they realize that things like the Golden Gate Bridge and Mount Rushmore were built with private funds? And during the Great Depression no less! The government doesn't need to build anything for us right now. Stop trying to convince us that Stimulus Funds are going to help us do anything good.

Well the semester is started, the snow is still around, and Lily still acts like a cyborg by not sleeping. Life is pretty good though. :-)

Tonight will be Lily's first night in her new crib. She tried it out today, but I don't think she'll be growing out of it anytime soon.

I'm going 2 miss the vacation, but it is good 2b home after 2 weeks in California. It actually looks like it's winter in Provo now!
