I had my first real customer experience with Comcast tonight.....yah, it was not great. The first 5 minutes were good, then once they pushed me to a live chat window, it was nothing but a disappointing user experience.

I sent an email earlier today detailing the experience and Kim asked me for my phone number, but I haven't heard back from her yet.
